The challenges

WHAT'S SLOWING YOUR ACADEMY DOWN?

🏈
Coordinating large squad rosters and positions

Offence, defence and special teams rosters with different practice groups and position-specific drills — managing across a 30+ player squad without a system is chaotic.

📋
Tracking player development by position

Quarterback skills, lineman technique and wide receiver route running are all measured differently. Logging position-specific development notes per player requires a proper system.

💸
Collecting registration fees and kit costs

Season registration, kit contributions, away game travel fees and flag football league entries — all collected without manual bank transfer tracking or parent chasing.

🏆
Managing flag football leagues and fixtures

In-season fixtures, playoff brackets, flag football tournament entries and BAFFA league administration — all co-ordinated manually today.
