What counts as an active member?

Any student, parent or coach with an active account in your academy in the current billing period.

What happens above 200 kids?

We charge £0.75 per additional kid per month beyond 200. You can see your projected cost in the dashboard at any time — no surprises.

Can I stay on the free plan forever?

Yes. Free for up to 20 kids for as long as you need it. No time limit, no trial expiry.

What happens if I go over my limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and give you time to upgrade. We never cut off access without warning.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. AcademyApp charges a flat monthly fee. Your bookings and payments are entirely yours.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at any time. You keep full access until the end of your billing period.
