The challenges

WHAT'S SLOWING YOUR ACADEMY DOWN?

🤾
Managing training groups across age categories

U12, U14, U16 and senior squads all training in the same hall on different nights with different coaches and separate development programmes.

📋
Tracking player development across positions

Goalkeeper, wing, back and pivot development all measure different skills. Logging position-specific progress notes per player requires a proper system.

💸
Collecting membership and match fees

Monthly club membership, match day fees, tournament entry costs and kit contributions — all collected without bank transfer tracking or parent chasing.

🏆
Coordinating British Handball competition entries

National league fixtures, regional cup entries and EHF youth competition registrations — all co-ordinated manually across WhatsApp group messages.
